“I want to thank Brad and Andrew for all their help with my new roof in the aftermath of Hurricane Sally. I was a little skeptical going into the insurance process since this was my first time dealing with homeowners insurance on this level. Andrew answered all of my questions and kept me up-to-date throughout the entire insurance ordeal. Never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me a roof. I always felt like he cared about my problem. Once my claim was approved and deposited, I contacted Andrew and they showed up to replace my roof within the week and had it installed about 2 days later.
Brad was great too. He was onsite for the entire process, from tear down to punch list. If I had questions about why or when something was happening , he took the time to explain it in layman’s terms. If he didn’t know the answer, he found out and got back to me right away. He was always genuine and understanding. When Brad wasn’t answering questions, he was pushing the magnet around the yard and driveway picking up nails. Even the installers were friendly and took time to answer specific questions that I had. A couple days after completion, Brad called to check on things and brought the magnet by one more time to run through the yard.

How long can I expect my roof system to last?

My roof leaks. Do I need to have it replaced completely?
