We had 20 year old shingles made of asphalt that looked like they had spent 20 years on a highway first and then 20 years on a roof dodging hurricanes.We had a rough quote in a couple of hours from Andrew. He spent a lot of time on the phone with us answering our questions and explaining the Super Roofer process. Phil came the next day to take a look at the hurricane damage we had and we had a detailed formal quote the following day. Phil spent time crawling around in our attic and was great at explaining what needed to be done to extend the life of the decking and what decking needed to be replaced.The initial price was a wee bit higher than we had planned, but those little details made all the difference in our decision. From taping every single seam on the decking, a synthetic barrier, proper starter shingles and ridge cap, replacing old vent boots, to hospital corners on the drip edge.
